and taking a look at what we have here at Asirvia

My name is Scott Whitney and I am one of the
co master reps here with Asirvia.
I want to share with you
this wonderful opportunity that we have.

Now there's a couple ways that you can join our company
and you can either be a customer,
or you can come in as an affiliate.
A customer is simply gonna be somebody

An affiliate is somebody that not only
they wanna use the device, but they also wanna
make money by sharing it with others.
That also would include some instant commissions
and some monthly residual commissions

And this is what that looks like.
On the first month that you make the sale
you get a direct sales commission of 25%
of the total purchase of that first month
monitoring service, so
25% of the 25, 49, or the 99 in month one.
In month two you get a residual monthly commission
that's equal to 10% commission
as they renew month after month.
Now if you wanna go up and create a significant income,
you can unlock the entire compensation plan,
and qualify yourself as an independent representative
simply by signing three customers and one affiliate,
once you do that it unlocks the entire compensation plan.
So when you make that direct sale and commission
and your team makes that direct selling commission,
you also get that 25% commission on your personal sales.
And then you get a five generation 10% on the
check match of the direct selling commission.
So that's a huge amount of money as you're building a team.
And in month two, as those devices renew,
you get a 10% on level one, and 5% on level two
monthly direct sales commission.
But we also unlock what we call our daily base pay.
One of the only companies, if not the only company
in the industry to offer daily base pay
and that pays anywhere from $1 to $3000 per day.
determined by the size of your team.
So your daily base pay is determined
by how big of a team that you build,
and how big of a team they build.
And like I said, ranges anywhere from $1 a day
to $3000 per day.
This compensation plan is a unilevel.
It's designed to go as wide as you want to go.
But you max it out by only building three legs.
So any extra people that you have signed up personally,
they go in what you call your holding tank.
Now the holding tank you have 30 days to place them
anywhere in your organization that you would like
to help you drive volume in your team.
One of the things this compensation plan does
is it rewards you for placing people in depth.
It does not reward you for holding them high and tight.
See there's a lot of compensation plans out there
that only pay down two levels as an affiliate program,
and it rewards you for keeping people high and tight.
That to me is a selfish, self-centered compensation plan.
When you look at what we have, we have something
that allows you to place people in depth,
and in fact, rewards you for helping to grow
your organization faster.
And you don't lose any commission by doing that.
Not only do you not lose commission, but now because
you're recruiting people and you're building a business
and a team, you're helping people in your organization
earn more income as well.
So you're being a leader, and you're being
a true team player.
So now I'm gonna talk a little bit about our
five generation check match.
So our generational check match works like this.
Think about what I just talked about as far as
how you can place people down in depth,
in your entire organization.
Anyone you personally sponsor is your first generation.
No matter where you place them in your team,
they're your first generation.
So you might place them down on level 50,
but that's still your generation one
as far as it pertains to your check match.
So generation one you get 25% check match.
So think of it this way, you have somebody
in your organization that makes $1000.
Now just say it's $1000 a month, $1000 in a week,
doesn't matter when they make it.
Whenever they make the money, as they're making
their income on that daily base pay,
you get a 25% check match on that because you
sponsored that individual.
So if they make money today, you get 25% of that today.
If they make money tomorrow, you get 25%
check match on that tomorrow.
So let's use some numbers.
They made $1000 in a month let's say.
25% check match, you get a $250 check match on that.
Let's just say you have someone that makes
$10,000 in a month, that's a $2500 check match to you
because you sponsored them into this business.
No matter where they are, no matter what rank you are,
whether you're just an associate
or you've gone up beyond that.
Now, second generation which is people that
your personal enrolees sponsored, that's their
first generation, that's your second generation.
That pays a 10% check match.
And then generations three, four, and five
are 5% each generation for a total of up to 50% check match
down five generations.
That's huge, and remember when I said,
because we do this on a team building approach,
where you can place people in depth from your
holding tank to help your entire organization grow,
it doesn't matter where you place people
because you're not losing out on income by doing it.
Like I said before, in fact, you are growing
your income base by helping others on your team win.

What I love about this is this is the easiest comp plan
I've ever seen as far as sharing it.
Because people simply look at it say hey, look,
here's way number one, two, three and four.
Four ways to get paid.
pay on the direct sales commission.
You have monthly pay as they renew.
So as they renew you'll get your commission that day.
You have daily base pay and then you have
a daily generational check match which is based on
your enrollment line generational
volume and income every single day.
So, huge opportunity.
How do I qualify as an independent rep?
Well like I said earlier, you need to join
as an affiliate, you need to acquire at least
three retail customers, and one affiliate,
and then you'll receive an email invitation
that you have to accept saying
yes I wanna be an independent rep.
To build the business, our Core Building Block
is just that, become an independent rep,
three customers, one affiliate.
But you want three affiliates to get those three
team legs set, once you have that, and $1000
in total monthly sales volume,
you're now what we consider an associate.
This is the Core Building Block in our entire
compensation plan for people that want to go and go big.
When you make money, it makes more things possible.
So what dreams can we help you achieve?
All you have to do is tell us
and we have a plan to help you achieve it.
Now, going through this summer, through September 21st,
at midnight Eastern Standard Time,
we have a $20,000 Summer Rank Up Bonus.
This rank up bonus is essentially this.
For every rank that you achieve in our compensation plan
from associate and beyond, all the way up
to regional director, whatever the volume of that rank is,
10% of that volume you'll get as an additional bonus
for our Summer Rank Up Bonus.
That's on top of the comp plan, ladies and gentlemen.
So let me just tell you this.
You go out there and you hit associate,
it's $1000 in volume, it's $100 bonus.
You hit senior associate, $4000 in volume, $400 bonus.
You hit leader, $10,000 in volume, it's $1000 bonus.
Are you kidding me?
This is one of the best bonus programs I've seen
in a long time because it doesn't take away
from the comp plan, it's added to it to enhance it.
And everybody has an opportunity to go out there

of three retail customers and three affiliates,
and $1000 in monthly sales volume to be an associate,
if you just took that core building block
and helped your three people achieve the same exact thing,
you just qualified for that cruise.
